摘要: This study examines the suitability of working with a selection images in teleradiology consulting system neurological or neurosurgical emergency situations. The was based on IBM-compatible personal computers, video digitization for data acquisition, and transmission by Integrated System Digital Network. Forty normal 60 abnormal cranial computed tomograms were shown to radiologist call who presented all cases he regarded as pathologic neuroradiologic expert teleradiology. To reduce time, only from CT (up four per case). For each case on-call radiologist's diagnosis (Don-call), expert's screen (Dmonitor), original film (Doriginal) documented, together an estimation agreement between those diagnoses. There clinically relevant disagreement neuroradiologist's image monitor 23 % cases. A important discrepancy his using films found 30 due presence information not transferred radiologist. Image quality sufficient Drastic complete leads high rate incorrect diagnoses is appropriate time
