摘要: Most people, most institutions, and even politicians governmental officials are decent, well-meaning people. Ethical issues sometimes occur not because people evil or greedy, but the way in which their view a situation belies its ethical import. The model of financial markets one adopts, that is, thinks operate should operate, affects one’s perception those whether how focuses on issues. Part this is derived from political, ideological, economic context, (in cases I shall discuss, United States), part individual mores, corporate culture, more global perspectives. Often dilemmas arise narrow what at issue, has failed to see clearly point concerning may be incomplete, narrow, erroneous. Often, too, perspective does include moral view. Managers, traders, CEOs, analysts, bankers do always think about normative implications decisions actions-how they will affect (positively negatively) well-being other nor actions treat fairly, respect them rights as human beings. This “moral muteness“ turn can have dilatory well effects. By illuminating these models begin clear up problems.
