摘要: The microwave spectrum of cis CH3CF=CHF was investigated in the region 8–36 kMc. rotational constants are 17 826.09, 5656.57, and 4406.91 Mc. value inertial defect indicates a planar structure except for two methyl hydrogen atoms. barrier to internal rotation group determined be 1057±50 cal from splitting ground‐state transitions. dipole moment is 1.46 D. sharp lowering on introduction fluorine suggests direct nonbonded interaction hydrogens.
