摘要: Abstract Bone tissue-engineered products (BTEPs) are a therapeutic category that intersects with several areas of traditional ethical interest, as their implementation involves donated human cells, surgery, heavy cost research and development, potentially complex management. We briefly review the fundamental principles medical ethics then identify notable aspects application to BTEP technology, including sourcing cells used in production, performance research, characteristics therapy itself. Our discussion includes summary constituents continues properties an item donation, legal status, challenges commercializing results; ethics, conflicts use for research; distribution availability BTEPs, well limitations surgical applications. Ultimately, these considerations do not necessitate proscription; both BTEPs can be undertaken ethically, but should performed appropriate attention many issues they raise.
