摘要: Community nurses are uniquely placed to help protect child health by facilitating the creation of smoke-free homes. However, there a number perceived barriers that may concern community in their role supporting parents homes, particularly those faced disadvantaged parents. Arguments against intervening within private domain home focus on concerns about protecting parents' autonomy smoke own and potential for stigmatising who smoke, mothers. Drawing an ethics care perspective, authors propose alternative perspective intervention settings. An justify encourage work partnership create healthy environment children decrease likelihood becoming smokers future.
