摘要: In addition to aberrant transformed cells, tumors are tissues that contain host components, including stromal vascular cells (ECs) and their precursors, immune cells. All these constituents interact with each other at the cellular molecular levels, resulting in production of an intricate heterogeneous complex matrix defined as tumor microenvironment. Several pathways involved interactions have been investigated both pathological physiological scenarios, diverse molecules currently targets chemotherapeutic preventive drugs. Many phytochemicals derivatives show ability inhibit progression, angiogenesis, metastasis, exerting effects on this review, we will outline principal players mechanisms microenvironment network discuss some interesting compounds aimed interrupting blocking insurgence progression. The considerations provided be crucial for design new approaches reduction cancer risk need applied large populations composed apparently healthy individuals.
