摘要: Abstract Thin films of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7 , a -axis oriented, were grown by laser ablation. The angular dependence the resistivity was studied in superconducting phase. I – V curves also close to vortex lattice melting transition. This transition line, critical currents and pinning energies are compared that single crystals c oriented films.
