摘要: Abstract Thin films of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7 , a -axis oriented, were grown by laser ablation. The angular dependence the resistivity was studied in superconducting phase. I – V curves also close to vortex lattice melting transition. This transition line, critical currents and pinning energies are compared that single crystals c oriented films. These values appear much lower can be decrease resistive temperature zero applied field, suggesting an important role carrier deficiency which exists such origin this seems not grains themselves but confined grain boundaries. is minimum when field parallel substrate. due surfaces film, or boundaries exist these surfaces. In films, presence induces pinning, T correlative ability. dominates current properties.
