摘要: This article presents a systematic investigation on the behavior of electrons in bullet Ar/H2O plasma jet increasing applied voltage and water vapor concentration based needle-plate discharge configuration 1-D particle-in-cell Monte Carlo method. The scattering angle electron is described using between direction propagation direction. following results are obtained. evolution characteristic spectrum same as that concentration, namely, scattered toward target get increasingly less. When voltage, OH density, average energy $E_{\mathrm {ave}}$ increase. However, increase leads to an evidently density decrease both . In range angles below 90° bullet, percentage with above 3.27 eV (the threshold inducing dissociative attachment molecule) increases but slight concentration. majority most probably interact energies higher than eV. Finally, notable effect H2O admixture it gives rise not only also especially latter decreases evidently.
