摘要: To tackle the ever-present global concern regarding human exposure to persistent organic pollutants (POPs) via food products, this study strived indicate associations between organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in lake-fish tissue depending on species sampling season. Apart from monitoring initiatives recommended Global Monitoring Plan for POPs, discussed 7 OCPs 18 PCB congeners determined three Cyprinidae (rudd, carp, Prussian carp) Vransko Lake (Croatia), which are widely domesticated reared as fish across Europe Asia. We exploit advanced classification algorithms, Kohonen self-organizing maps (SOM) Decision Trees (DT), search POP patterns typical investigated species. As indicated by SOM, some of dioxin-like non-dioxin-like PCBs (PCB-28, PCB-74, PCB-52, PCB-101, PCB-105, PCB-114, PCB-118, PCB-156 PCB-157), α-HCH β-HCH caused dissimilarities among species, but regardless their weight length. support these suggestions, DT analysis sequenced seasons based concentration heavier congeners. The presented assumptions that supplemental application SOM offers advantageous features over usually rough interpretation POPs pattern single use methods.
