摘要: The influence of starvation on malate dehydrogenase (MDH) in rat liver was investigated. Native electrophoresis revealed two MDH isoforms non-starved rats and three isoenzymes starved rats. After sucrose density gradient centrifugation cell organelles from liver, activity detected the mitochondrial cytosolic fractions However, additional found peroxisomal fraction latter identified as electrophoretically new isoform animals. hepatocytes were separated partially purified by chromatography DEAE-Toyopearl.
