摘要: In mammals, the first cell-fate decision occurs during preimplantation embryo development when inner cell mass (ICM) and trophectoderm (TE) lineages are established. The ICM develops into proper, while TE lineage forms placenta. underlying molecular mechanisms that govern formation involve cell-to-cell interactions, polarization, signaling transcriptional regulation. this review, we will discuss current understanding regarding cellular events regulate in mouse embryos with an emphasis on polarity Hippo pathway. Moreover, provide overview some of tools used to manipulate pathway study decisions early embryos. Lastly, exciting future perspectives regulatory modulate activity ensure robust segregation.
