摘要: This paper studies the development of partnerships for sustainable as a process in which actors from various sectors society (state, market and civil) restructure and build new social relationships to create a more management practice. In the relevent literature we recognize three perspectives on this issue. From fi rst, partnerships are studied single collaborative arrangements. second perspective, attention is turned external effects partnerships. Partnership arrangements are seen tools deliberate societal change. The third perspective takes broader view on the governance system. Attention focused changes that make the confi guration public decision-making structures. These will be connected in Ladder Activity, conceptual device allows us better understand and analyse consists ve core levels, set time frame. Each level represented by activity. further encapsulated dimensions. Taking examples recent empirical studies, discusses each the levels their relationships. nal section refl ects applicability Ladder concept its strengths weaknesses.
