摘要: Con A-induced suppression of the direct PFC response to polyclonal stimulation in human B cells has been described. Two types experiments are presented. First, A was added directly PWM-stimulated PB or tonsil resulting a dose-dependent response, with maximal occurring at concentration 10 µg/ml. This is completely removed by simultaneous addition αMM cultures. Secondly, lymphocytes generated population which when autologous lymphocyte cultures induced marked and reproducible response. The generation suppressor dependent on cell division blocked αMM. Once process independent presence itself mediated an activated population. These studies demonstrate simple model for capable inhibiting PWM-induced activation normal lymphocytes.
