摘要: Abstract Cinnamomum camphora has great economic value for extensive applications. It is widely planted in the south of China, and often exposed to acid rain following high temperature (HT). To study effects on C. undergoing HT, reactive oxygen species metabolism photosynthetic abilities treatment with initial simulated (SiAR) HT (40 °C) were investigated. After SiAR pretreatment, levels O2− H2O2 lipid peroxidation increased under stress compared normal (28 °C). High after pretreatment promoted inactivation enzymatic antioxidants, including superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, catalase, ascorbate (AsA) monodehydroascorbate reductase, dehydroascorbate glutathione (GSH) further decreased content non-enzymatic AsA, GSH carotenoids. Photosystem II (PSII) efficiency declined individual stress, aggravated decrease by aggravating reduction pigment content, inhibition quantum production electron transport PSII. can be deduced that cannot enhance tolerance impacts two stresses will depend pH rain.
