摘要: Abstract A clone containing the complete human glucagon gene was isolated and sequenced. The is approximately 9.4 kilobases in length comprises six exons five introns. putative preproglucagon encoded by this gene, 180 amino acids two glucagon-like peptides, very similar to that of other mammalian species (greater than 90% acid sequence homology). There 88% nucleotide homology between proximal 130 base pairs 5' flanking regions rat genes. These sequences, highly conserved throughout evolution, are likely involved regulation transcription.
