摘要: Objective: Astrocytic brain tumors are subdivided in four grades. The most aggressive and invasive one is grade IV or glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). Ecto-nucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase-1 (E-NPP1), a membrane-bound enzyme, involved many cellular processes such as modulation of purinergic signalling, nucleotide recycling, regulation extracellular pyrophosphate levels stimulation cell motility. In this study, the use anti-NPP1 antibody determination astrocytic tumor evaluated. Materials methods: Paraffin-embedded surgical specimens from 41 primary human (grade I = 2; II 10; III 9; 20) 5 control samples immunostained against NPP1 glial fibrillary acid protein an marker. Results: communication, we report expression tumors. No could be detected tissue. We observed remarkable up regulated GBM. Taking latter 100%, has relative staining 7%, whereas have similar level 53% 47% respectively. Conclusion: A correlation found between up-regulated tumor. Further investigation expression, especially GBM, necessary to determine role progression.
