摘要: The first field trials in Australia of transformed cottons expressing the CryIA(b) insecticidal protein from Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki (Bt) were completed during 1992–93 season. showed good efficacy plants against populations Helicoverpa, but there indications a declining level Bt expression once began to senesce.
