摘要: ABSTRACT The HIV-1 RNA viral load is commonly used for the monitoring of disease progression and antiretroviral treatment HIV-1-infected patients. Since misestimating values could lead to inappropriate therapeutical management, comparative performances, especially ability span genetic diversity HIV-1, available automated real-time assays need be evaluated. We conducted a prospective study with 74 consenting patients enrolled between March 2007 November 2008. A blood sample was obtained at time diagnosis HIV seropositivity blindly tested by least 4 commercial tests: Abbott m2000 RealTime bioMerieux NucliSens EasyQ version 1.2 (v1.2), Cobas AmpliPrep/Cobas TaqMan (CAP/CTM) v1.0 v2.0 assays. means difference were null CAP/CTM CRF02_AG subtypes but positive in favor genotype B negative all genotypes. standard deviation (SD) ranged from 0.3 0.59, depending on considered couples Reliabilities these four tests, appreciated measurement estimated “true” coefficient reliability, significantly different (P
