摘要: Effective visualization is central to the exploration and comprehension of brain imaging data. While MRI data are acquired in three-dimensional space, methods for visualizing such have rarely taken advantage stereoscopic technologies. We present here results clinical data, as well an atlas whole-brain functional connectivity. In comparison with traditional 3D rendering techniques, we demonstrate utility visualizations provide intuitive description exact location relative sizes various landmarks, structures lesions. case resting state fMRI, facilitated anatomical position complex large-scale connectivity patterns. Overall, improves visual image contents, brings increased dimensionality patterns
