Previous computed tomographic angiography arteriography performed, complex cases dissection, magnetic resonance imaging used. All placement performed hemodynamics laboratory. during follow-up. Results Stent positioning technically successful 14 patients. mean length aortic coverage 230 ±110 mm (range, 110-440 mm). No intraoperative deaths occurred. There one in-hospital death. Transient postimplantation syndrome presented 3 Two type I endoleaks, 1 II endoleak thrombosis superior mesenteric artery found on month. III subsequent Conclusions Endovascular stent-grafting is valid alternative disease high-risk Coordination between different medical specialties appropriate selection are needed. Long-term follow-up necessary ensure usefulness efficacy procedure.
