摘要: La patologia aortica aguda es una situacion clinica critica cuyo pronostico suele depender de un diagnostico certero y rapido, asi como la instauracion temprana su tratamiento. En el siguiente capitulo se realiza revision centrada en diseccion aorta. Se describen sus agentes etiologicos, presentacion metodos diagnosticos. Asimismo, actitud medica las indicaciones quirurgicas los aneurismas, del hematoma intramural aortico. Acute aortic pathology is an urgent clinical situation, of which prognosis mainly related to prompt and acurate diagnosis as well a quick treatment. In this paper we review the pathology, specially focused on dissection. We its etiology, presentation diagnostic methods. addition medical therapy surgical indications aneurysm, dissection haematoma are described.
