In fact, today about 40 % the earth’s population has access to Internet, there are almost as many mobile phone subscriptions people on planet (International Telecommunications Union [ITU] 2014). Virtually overnight, we become reliant these technologies for our everyday activities, such finding information, shopping, banking, staying connected friends family. Modes communication multiplied include options no-cost web-based video calling, instant messaging at home or go, asynchronous microblogging tools self-reflection. latest generation phones, called smartphones, offers capabilities functions that only few short years ago were unimaginable available stationary computers. As continue transform lives, their potential address tremendous unmet mental healthcare needs trauma survivors is also beginning be realized through telemental health (TMH) approaches.
