摘要: Abstract In vitro plants of sand pear ( Pyrus pyrifolia cv. Jinshui no. 2), which were infected by Apple chlorotic leaf spot virus (ACLSV) and stem grooving (ASGV), treated chemotherapy with ribavirin, thermotherapy at 35 ± 0.5 °C the combined application both methods. Results showed that ribavirin 15–25 μg/ml for 5–30 days could enhance growth proliferation in vitro plants. Chemotherapy greatly improve efficiency eradication as it was compared separated A high 100% achieved 25 μg/ml 35 °C 40 days, followed culturing 0.5–1 mm long meristem-tips. The efficacy elimination ASGV ACLSV had no significant difference.
