摘要: A species-specific monoclonal antibody was produced to whole plasma of fifth instar larvae the corn earworm, Heliothis zea (Boddie) (Lepid0ptera:Noctuidae). We discuss tradeoffs one must accept when choosing strategy over purified immunogens.
