摘要: Publisher Summary Quantitative evaluation of fluorescent probes delivered by lipoproteins in both living and fixed cells is difficult, if not impossible, because severe photobleaching. The spatial heterogeneity photobleaching rates the errors apparent intensity values introduced photographic recording images have been documented. combination reduced excitation light, computer-controlled shutters, a low light level camera, millisecond digitization image can circumvent these difficulties. Three general categories compounds that utilized to label include lipid analogs, lipid-soluble dyes, protein modifiers. These are listed table. Incorporation has accomplished (1) passive transfer from solid supports, (2) protein-mediated micro-emulsions phospholipid dispersions, (3) dispersion organic solvents, (4) delipidation reconstitution with specific lipids, (5) sonication dispersions lipoproteins.
