摘要: Leukoplasia, squamous epithelial dysplasia and inverted papilloma are the common forms of upper respiratory tract intraepithelial neoplasia. All three lesions frequently present before development carcinoma; Squamous usually has no characteristic clinical features is only identified in histological sections. Leukoplasia papilloma, by contrast, do have some them show on examination. Lung carcinoma arises from bronchial epithelium alveolar epithelium. There evidence that neoplasia (pre-invasive, preneoplastic lesions) (basal cell, columnar cell or metaplastic epithelium) precedes lung carcinoma. Intraepithelial shows varying degrees accompanied molecular change. graded into low- high-grade depending degree nuclear atypia irregularity cellular arrangement.
