摘要: Abstract Freeze casting of aqueous ceramic suspension was investigated as a method for preparing porous with interconnected, aligned lamellar pores. The manipulation the pore structures and sizes by adjusting processing parameters studied. Al2O3 suspensions different viscosities were prepared controlling solid loadings particle sizes. Larger width thinner wall without any defect achieved utilisation microsized powder. Lamellar width, thickness porosity can be tailored ranging from 12 to 49 μm, 4–26 μm 37·4–56·2% respectively changing cooling rates. incorporation organic additives modify not only size but also morphology. Double templates resulted in coexistence pores large ability produce an oriented long range ordered architecture its flexibility indicated potential this needs...
