摘要: Abstract Variable masses of nano cerium oxide (CeO2) were added into silica (SiO2) to prepare the well-dispersed SiO2-CeO2 suspension (SiO2-CeO2), cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) was used adjust compatibility with rubber matrix, then modified by CTAB and curing formulas mixed fresh natural (NR) latex NR/SiO2-CeO2 nanocomposites that contained 0-10 parts CeO2 a new emulsion compounding method. The morphologies, cure characteristics, mechanical properties thermal-oxidative stability investigated. results revealed presence in favorable for enhancing interaction between NR matrix fillers, helped get smaller particles narrower particle size distribution, further improved crosslink densities vulcanizates. Meanwhile, addition increased active energy at least 4.66%, obviously aging-inhibiting nanocomposites. Additionally, containing promoted Tg shift high temperature direction, causing featured higher tanδ 0 °C lower 60 exhibited comparable wet grip rolling resistance when tire tread compound.
