摘要: The Diels-Alder (DA) pericyclic chemistry is one of the most powerful reactions in synthetic chemistry. We have recently shown that unique zero-band-gap electronic structure graphene at Dirac point facilitates band-gap-dependent DA reaction graphene, although thermochemical reference for carbon. reactions, can function either as a diene or dienophile (dual nature). Such functionalization when applied to graphene-FET devices allows balanced (creation pair new sp3 centers divacancies) both A and B sublattices, allowing fabrication high mobility DA-functionalized single-layer (DA-SLG) with acceptable on/off ratio. thermally reversible via retro-DA chemistry, thus engineering devices.
