摘要: The present study evaluated the effect of supplementing in vitro culture medium with J. insularis compared to FSH on isolated secondary follicles and maturation oocytes from those follicles. Secondary were sheep ovaries individually cultured for 18 days α-MEM+ (Control), supplemented 100 ng/mL recombinant bovine follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) or 0.3, 1.25, 2.5 mg/mL extract (JI0.3, JI1.25, JI2.5, respectively). Culture collected every 2 was used measure ROS levels. At end period, cumulus complex (COCs) matured vitro. Follicular walls mRNA quantitation. JI0.3 led a higher (P < 0.05) percentages intact than other groups after culture. While follicular diameter remained unchanged Day 6 onwards FSH, antral cavity formation at all treatments. No differences observed between controls treatment regarding levels expression genes. Viability resulting FSH. Interestingly, control experiment, supplementation metaphase II controls. Although more validations will be needed, it seems that this natural could as cheap easily available alternative commercial
