摘要: Acquisition as a growth strategy is often burdened by subsequent unsatisfactory performance. The literature suggests that potential cause mismanagement of knowledge. Such may occur if the barriers to knowledge sharing in acquisitioned are not adequately understood. Hence, aim this study improve understanding potentially most restrictive growth.
