摘要: The authors reviewed 1373 consecutive cases of patients with oral head and neck cancer or lung identified 25 multiple primary neoplasia (MPN). All MPN had squamous carcinoma the neck; however, only 40% (N = 10) lung. histologic types non-squamous were: adenocarcinoma 36% 9), small cell 20% 5), large undifferentiated 4% 1). Of 927 reported in English language literature, 100 (10.78%) demonstrated a discrepancy between tumors. Recent reports demonstrate shift toward that is similar to our data, corresponds increase carcinomas recently seen general. Possible implications these findings are discussed.
