摘要: Cell-free DNA (cfDNA) harboring mutations has been found in patients with diseases. Experimental studies have shown that cfDNA can be transmitted, leading to transformations the host. In present study, we evaluated whether bone allograft material contains and this foreign released into patient’s blood circulation. Plasma samples were collected preoperatively postoperatively on same day, at 5 weeks, 4 months from 25 women who received (test group) male donors 10 treated autologous graft (control group, only pre- postoperative collected). was quantified characterized plasma by quantitative PCR primers specific for glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) Y chromosome gel electrophoresis. digested different concentrations of DNase I. We detected between 1 1.8 μg fragments a length around 601 base pairs (bp) smaller each 100 mg allograft. Treatment I completely degraded longer but not shorter 90-bp fragments. Y-DNA patients’ bloodstream any time during treatment follow-up, elevated levels circulating could measured immediately postoperatively. Our results suggest transmission allografts used alveolar ridge reconstruction humans is unlikely. The observed increase autograft may elicited surgical procedure. support safety materials. human materials seem release since did measure our technique.
