摘要: Background Women who report childhood sexual abuse (CSA) are at increased risk for developing psychiatric disorders in adulthood. What is the diagnostic specificity and cause of this association? Methods In a population-based sample 1411 female adult twins, 3 levels CSA were assessed by self-report cotwin report: nongenital, genital, intercourse. Interviews with twins parents family background diagnoses substance dependence disorders. Odds ratios (ORs) calculated logistic regression. Results By self-report, 30.4% reported any 8.4% Self-reported was positively associated all disorders, highest ORs being seen bulimia alcohol other drug dependence. The modest often nonsignificant nongenital genital especially intercourse, where most exceeded 3.0. A similar pattern findings as cotwin, although many smaller.
