DEVELOPING GLOBAL AND VIRTUAL COLLABORATION COMPETENCE IN UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS COURSES: EXPERIENCES FROM AN INDIAN-SPANISH-SWISS CASE

摘要: Global and virtual collaborations that transcend time cultural boundaries are more prevalent in the business world today (Connaughton Shuffler 2007). Working global collaboration means to manage complex group dynamics due heterogeneity regarding different national organizational belongings, aspects of geographical distance computer mediated communication.
