摘要: Global and virtual collaborations that transcend time cultural boundaries are more prevalent in the business world today (Connaughton Shuffler 2007). Working global collaboration means to manage complex group dynamics due heterogeneity regarding different national organizational belongings, aspects of geographical distance computer mediated communication. Preparing undergraduate students master complexity such environments poses specific methodological didactical challenges. In this contribution an experiential concept for developing assessing competences successful will be presented. The is based on a review literature intercultural communication as well field experiments team dynamics.
