With ten years’ worldwide ship accident data, this study develops binary logistic regression model zero-truncated binomial to predict probability fatal corresponding mortalities. Sinking has largest effects on increment also bigger number is associated with far away from coastal area/harbor/port. In addition, cruise ships found have more than non-cruise ships. beneficial policy-makers proposing efficient strategies prevent accidents.
