摘要: Chemiluminescence based on light emission from excited oxygen species,e.g. singlet and triplet carbonyls, has been used to measure the oxidative rencidity of fish oils. The luminescence was recorded after sodium hypochlorite addition oils dissolved intert-butanol. In high sensitivity ability detect small changes in rancidity, method is fast may be as a supplement standard chemical methods for quality assessment antioxidant evaluation. However, care taken interpretation chemiluminescence data different oils, depends both composition rancidity level oil. autoxidized were also characterized by peroxide value, thiobarbituric acid anisidine Kreis index, iodine ultraviolet measurements, capillary gas chromatography, size-exclusion chromatography sensoric
