摘要: Opioid receptors (µ opioid receptor, δ receptor , κ orphan opioid-like nociceptin and growth factor receptor) their endogenous ligands (β-endorphins, enkephalins, dynorphins) are not only expressed in central peripheral nervous systems but also others tissues especially the skin. Indeed, recent studies on complex cutaneous system involving several (—endogenous or exogenous such as morphine naltrexone—) have shown that it is charge of pain itching control sensations wound healing phases (inflammation, proliferation maturation), skin homeostasis, ageing . In this chapter, published findings concerning treatment pain, itching, healing, will be discussed. Based current knowledge open opportunities for medical cosmetic applications suggested.
