摘要: Physiological responses to a high stocking density were tested in juvenile wedge sole Dicologoglossa cuneata (Moreau). Fish kept at low (1 kg m−2), medium (3 kg m−2) and (9 kg m−2) densities for 22 days. No differences the weight, length, survival hepatosomatic index observed among treatments. Basal plasma cortisol osmolality found be directly positively related density. A mild increase glucose was seen density, protein elevated densities. The liver glycogen content inversely triglyceride level significantly highest α-amino acid decreased In muscle, levels higher fish lowest density; conclusion, indicated an increasing stress depending on culture but significant changes energy reserves did not occur tissue (mainly muscle affected).
