摘要: Over an 8-month period, samples were obtained from normal conjunctival sacs of 100 dogs, for aerobic and anaerobic culture. No organisms isolated 22% the samples, while a single isolate was 46% in 32% two to four species identified. Gram-positive predominated, with Staphylococcus spp., Bacillus spp. Corynebacterium accounting 76% total isolates. Gram-negative bacteria comprised 8-4% total. Only one obligate anaerobe, Clostridium sp., isolated.
