摘要: Good adhesion and long durability of the ion‐plated film have provided a wide application this technique to industry. Tribological applications ion‐plating reviewed in paper concern not only problems friction, lubrication, wear, but also mechanical behaviors such as fatigue tensile strength properties, experiments upon which are conducted air.
