摘要: Most of the existing literature on share contracts is based explicitly or implicitly agriculture, a sector in which are seldom dominant and apparently decline. Moreover, since agricultural activities have some rather special characteristics, purpose present article to analyse contractual choice especially dominant, namely fishing.
