摘要: Repeated lesions of rat cerebral cortex result in transient peaks the level c-fos transcript, but after second lesion, this peak is substantially diminished. Using lesion paradigm, we have analyzed participation promoter elements SRE and DSE regulation transcription. Following a single SRE/DSE binding activity peaked at 2 h, subsequent to maximal levels mRNA parallel c-Fos protein.
