摘要: The initial attachment of principal fibers to the root dentin surface was investigated in developing rat molars by light and electron microscopy. Ruthenium red used intensely stain first deposited material on surface. Observations suggested that when became embedded ruthenium red-positive material, there no complicated interweaving between dentinal matrix fibers. Therefore, it is likely fiber mediated material.
