摘要: Genomic studies have provided key insights into how cancers develop, evolve, metastasize and respond to treatment. Cancers result from an interplay between mutation, selection clonal expansions. In solid tumours, this Darwinian competition subclones is also influenced by topological factors. Recent advances made it possible study at the single cell level. These methods represent important tools dissect cancer evolution provide potential considerably change both research clinical practice. Here we discuss state-of-the-art for isolation of a cell, whole-genome whole-transcriptome amplification cell's nucleic acids, as well microarray massively parallel sequencing analysis such products. We strengths limitations techniques, explore single-cell methodologies future research, diagnosis treatment disease.
