摘要: Extraction and determination of warfarin were performed using supramolecular solvent-based microextraction (SSME) high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Effective factors on SSME including pH temperature sample, stirring speed, volume the solvent, salt effect, extraction time investigated optimized. Determination was by HPLC a mobile phase consisting methanol (0.5 %) phosphoric acid solution (80:20 v/v) UV detector set at 320 nm. Under optimized conditions sample = 3, 30 °C, speed 800 rpm, solvent µL, without addition min obtained. The limit detection in range 0.4–14.5 ng mL−1. Linearity method determined 14.5–300.0 mL−1 for plasma 2.9–300.0 urine with coefficient (R2) ranging from 0.9975 to 0.9985. applied successfully samples.
