摘要: The complete genome sequence of chrysanthemum stem necrosis virus (CSNV) was determined using Roche 454 next-generation sequencing. CSNV is a tentative member the genus Tospovirus within family Bunyaviridae, whose members are arthropod-borne. This first report entire RNA isolate. large 8955 nucleotides (nt) in size and contains single open reading frame 8625 nt antisense arrangement, coding for putative RNA-dependent polymerase (L protein) 2874 aa with predicted Mr 331 kDa. Two untranslated regions 397 33 present at 5’ 3’ termini, respectively. medium (M) small (S) RNAs 4830 2947 size, respectively, show 99 % identity to corresponding genomic segments previously partially characterized genomes. Protein sequences precursor Gn/Gc proteins, N NSs, identical length all analysed isolates.
