摘要: This paper reports a miniaturized soft dielectric elastomer actuator targeted at an active flow controlled application. The muscle-alike buckles when subjected to pre-stretch tensile force by pull up spring that is made from 2 mm thick elastic plastic. forms out-of-plane deflection in conical frustum shape profile and couples with pair of diffuser elements rectify the fluid contraction expansion mode. To achieve desired deflection, finite element analysis deployed study geometrical design parameters.
