摘要: Abstract In vitro procedures for obtaining the differentiation of human fetal muscle colonies were developed, and sensitivity clonal to environmental influences was examined. Human are capable differentiating in absence an exogenous collagen substrate. The dependence diffeentiation upon addition chick embryo extract culture medium is determined by serum type used substrate which grown. Clonal also depends conditioning colonies. rate affected density initial composition. required modification not species specific since conditioned cells permits early clones. By manipulating various parameters described above it has been possible define a number conditions permit normal cell proliferation but do fusion. Results from these experiments discussed terms their developmental implications.
