摘要: Fungal infections directly affect millions of people each year. In addition to the invasive fungal humans, plants and animals that comprise our primary food source are also susceptible diseases caused by these eukaryotic microbes. The need for antifungals, not only medical needs, but use in agriculture livestock causes a high demand novel antimycotics. Herein, we provide an overview most commonly used antifungals medicine agriculture. We present summary recent progress (from 2010–2016) discovery/development new agents against strains medical/agricultural relevance, as well information related their biological activity, mode(s) action, mechanism(s) resistance.
